Since retiring from the world of elite sport, Anna founded Beyond the Barriers, a high-performance training consultancy which is dedicated to improving the performance, resilience and health of individuals and teams in challenging environments.

Drawing on the lessons from sport, they help individuals and teams to stay on top of their game by developing the winning mindset. The difference between a truly exceptional performer and an average performer, is not talent – it is the way that talent is applied.

Anna uses her experiences in sport, as a business woman and Company Director along with the latest science and research to give people the tools to achieve outstanding performance and gain a competitive edge.  She is an excellent workshop facilitator and performance coach and delivers training in two key areas.

Anna offers a series of 90 minute workshops or more extensive Masterclasses that range from a half day to 2-day programmes.

90-Minute Workshops

These powerful and high energy workshops can be delivered as ‘lunch and learns’ or as part of a team away day or conference. They can be individually selected or delivered as part of a series of high-performance training sessions. It’s an action packed 90 minutes full of tips and tricks that can be easily applied in the workplace. They are designed to increase focus, engage staff and enhance performance.

These highly interactive and practical Masterclasses are suitable for groups of 8-20 people and provide a more in-depth look at key topics to do with high performance.

The content is based on cutting edge science and research and where relevant the lessons from elite sport have been taken to equip individuals and teams with the tools for enhanced performance in the workplace.
